• child’s date of birth

This information is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data. Your data will be retained for the duration of our correspondence and for no longer than one year from your initial contact, unless you expressly consent to a longer retention period.
